A lovely chair, have used this make/model of chair for years and only bought as an additional chair. Very satisfied and would recommend to anyone. The chair is very easy to assemble and the supplier was most helpful in supplying a replacement to a damaged part. Emails responded to by return and part sent out next day. Will recommen this chair and supplier to anyone

The chair is I’m afraid badly manufactured
I received a seat part that the threads in the bolt holes were misaligned
The company sent me a new seat no quibbles at all and next day delivery so spotted penguin customer service was second to none (I was happy ) until I unpacked said ‘new seat part’ to find the bolt hole was double punched out leaving an extra hole in the seat side …. Wow 😮 extremely bad workmanship and to send out an obvious ‘SECONDS’ part to replace a faulty part was a little bit disappointing…
For the price of the chair I certainly would not recommend buying it. But I cannot fault customer services
